Our Financial Model

We believe that planting spiritually healthy churches is impossible without first making the investment to equip the local pastors who will lead them. Our financial model testifies to our total commitment to this belief.

In order to ensure that the local national pastors receive the knowledge and tools they need to effectively disciple the new believers that the Lord brings into their new churches during and after an EPPIC Journey (EJ), ninety-three percent of the funds donated to support an EJ are allocated to the EJ Team Leader to cover the actual costs of the EJ, which, as depicted in our Ministry Model, includes support for the basic pastoral training provided through the Training Center for Church Planters (TCCP), as well as the advanced pastoral training provided through the Bible Seminar. Only seven percent of the funds donated to support an EJ are used to support the corporation’s operating expenses. This ministry overhead fee of seven percent is transferred into the general budget fund of EPPIC Ministries International and is used to support the corporation’s operating expenses (i.e., the general budget of the ministry).

If there are funds remaining at the conclusion of the EJ (i.e., actual revenues exceeding actual expenses), those funds will first be used to increase the ministry overhead fee of seven percent of the total revenues donated for that EJ to the ten percent level. Once that ten percent threshold is reached, all remaining funds will be placed into the country fund of the country in which the EJ was conducted. The money placed into a country fund will be used to support future ministry activities and projects within that country, such as independent Bible Seminars, community development projects, etc.

All other designated donations will be assessed a ministry overhead fee of ten percent. One-hundred percent of all undesignated donations and those given to support the ministry in general will be placed in the general budget fund of EPPIC Ministries International and used to finance the corporation’s operating expenses (i.e., the general budget of the ministry). All donations are non-refundable.

Because we, as a corporation, take so little off the top and keep as much as possible in the Bible seminar and EJ budgets to finance the equipping of the local national pastors, we are very much dependent on general and undesignated donations to cover our corporate operating expenses. If you feel the Lord is leading you to help us equip local national pastors and assist them in planting new indigenous churches by becoming a monthly or annual sponsor of the ministry or by making a one-time donation to the ministry, please click here.

As seen in the passages below, God promises in His Word to bless you for your giving.

But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work. As it is written: “He has dispersed abroad, He has given to the poor; His righteousness endures forever.” Now may He who supplies seed to the sower, and bread for food, supply and multiply the seed you have sown and increase the fruits of your righteousness, while you are enriched in everything for all liberality, which causes thanksgiving through us to God (2 Cor. 9:6-11, NKJV).

Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you (Luke 6:38, NKJV).

We at EPPIC Ministries International deeply appreciate your thoughtful consideration to contributing to the support of our ministry. It is the generosity of people like you that make this ministry possible.
